Training and coaching at WW101 is led by Michelle Paton, with programming customized to individual goals and needs.​​​
Most clients begin with the Intro Training & Coaching Package.​​

This allows us to assess movement patterns and goals, review training history, discuss lifestyle needs, and create a clear, personalized plan moving forward.
Intro Training + Coaching Package​​
​Designed to create a strong foundation and clear direction for your training.​

Includes:
• Initial consultation to assess and define your goals
• Functional Movement Systems (FMS) movement screen
• Three private training sessions (in-studio or virtual)
• Optional weight measurements and progress photos
• Six-month FMS follow-up​​

New personal training & coaching clients only​​​.
​​From there, coaching may include ongoing personal training, small group or specialty sessions, and participation in classes when appropriate. Training is intentionally structured, regularly reassessed, and progressed over time to support long-term strength, resilience, and performance. When needed, clients may also be supported through referrals to trusted health and wellness professionals.
