Personal training at WW101 is intentionally structured, with clients working with one primary coach — or a combination of coaches — based on individual goals and training needs.

​Designed to create a strong foundation and clear direction for your training.​

Includes:
• Initial consultation to assess and define your goals
• Functional Movement Systems (FMS) movement screen
• Three private training sessions (in-studio or virtual)
• Optional weight measurements and progress photos
• Six-month FMS follow-up​​
