What to Expect
The Training + Coaching Foundations Session is a one-on-one session designed to establish direction and understanding before moving forward with training or coaching. This session is dedicated time to review your goals, personal history, lifestyle, and past experiences with fitness, health, and wellness — including what has worked, what hasn’t, and where progress may have felt frustrating or unclear. During this session, we’ll talk through your goals, schedule, stress levels, injuries or limitations, and the areas where you’re looking to improve. We’ll also explore patterns, boundaries, expectations, and internal pressures that may be influencing your progress, helping identify factors that are often overlooked. There is no workout or physical assessment during this session. The focus is on listening, understanding, and insight — creating a solid foundation before taking next steps. This session is ideal for new clients, returning clients, or anyone looking for clarity and guidance before committing to ongoing training or coaching. It may be booked on its own or included as part of the Intro Training + Coaching Package.
