What to Expect

A progressive lower-body strength class focused on building strong, functional glutes and legs. Programming rotates across Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to target all areas of the glutes (glute max, med, and min) while also strengthening hamstrings, quads, calves, hip flexors, inner thighs, and hip stabilizers. This class blends strength, mobility, stability, and targeted drills to support performance, balance, and long-term lower-body development. Consistency across all three days delivers the best results.
