What to Expect

This Free Beginner Yoga Workshop is designed for women, men, and beginners looking to improve mobility and overall movement health in a supportive, approachable environment. The workshop introduces foundational yoga concepts with an emphasis on: • Mobility and joint health • Basic postures and alignment • Breath awareness • Building confidence in movement This is a workshop format, not a fast-paced class. Instruction is clear, accessible, and beginner-friendly, with time for explanation and questions. No prior yoga experience is required.
