What to Expect

This class emphasizes restoring the internal corset through controlled, intentional, breath-supported movement that supports the spine, pelvis, and overall stability. You’ll train deep core stabilizers, pelvic floor support, obliques, and full abdominal engagement—using principles drawn from spinal stabilization and Pilates-inspired core work—while also burning out the surface muscles for strength you can see and feel. Ideal for improving posture, balance, control, and core coordination.
