Michelle brings more than 20 years of experience as a competitive athlete and group fitness instructor, combined with her work as a WNBF Pro Bodybuilder, certified personal trainer, yoga instructor, and nutrition coach. Having faced her own struggles and learned how to navigate fitness alongside real-life challenges, Michelle understands firsthand what it takes to create sustainable strategies that actually work.
